The entire fee will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

Check-in time is anytime after 2pm unless prior arrangements are made, early check-ins are usually possible.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check out MAY be available for a fee and will only be authorised at check-in.

Option of : Linen, pillow, doona, towels package one off handling charge of $30. Can bring to office and swap for fresh/ clean whenever you want.

Photo ID and police check before you are allowed in.

Persons of disruptive, abusive, antisocial, or under the noticeable influence of alcohol or drugs may be evicted immediately and without warning.

Any bookings that do not conform to the above maybe refused check-in and deposit forfeited.

This accom is only for genuine Backpackers, Tourists, Worktime accommodation, Transient Workers.

BOOKINGS OF 7 DAYS OR MORE
We go through a stringent approval process for bookings of 7 nights or more before your booking is accepted (Bookings of less than 7 nights do not require prior approval).
This can take between 3 and 10 working days.
UNLESS you are already an approved client, in which case you can make bookings last minute (subject to availability)

The Client Approval Team only work Mon – Fri normal business hours, 9am to 5pm.
The Client Approval Team are not contactable by telephone.
The on site Security team will not allow persons in to the park that have not been through the approval process.
Ringing or visiting the park will not help any aspect of the approval process.

IF you are not an already approved client you will need to complete a client approval person for each individual proposed to stay with us.

Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions

All Bookings: Full payment is taken at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided if cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival

Early checkout: No pro-rata refunds are provided for early checkouts
